Flute

Hélène Codjo began to learn the flute in the class of Michel Toussaint in the Conservatoire of Valence (France), where she got her diploma. Then she entered the Conservatoire Supérieur de Musique de Genève (Switzerland) in the class of Maxence Larrieu and got her certificate for flute, analysis, history of music and chamber music.

She also studied analysis and aesthetics in the Conservatoire National de Région de Lyon. 

 

She gave flute lessons in music schools in the area of Lyon, and gave concerts with different chamber music ensembles : duet flute and guitar, flute and harp, flute and piano,...

 

In Paris, she joigned the chamber orchestra "Camerata de l'Auxerrois" created by Hugo Crotti (first violin) with musicians from different professional orchestras from Paris (Orchestres de Paris, Opéra, Radio-France, etc.) and performed several flute concertos and chamber music concerts in Parisian churches from 2002 to 2009 (Mozart, Vivaldi, Grétry,Quantz,...).
